We reveal the 2025 AM Awards finalists – part one

The judging panel has meticulously reviewed entries from franchised dealers, independents, carmakers and motor retail suppliers for the 2025 AM Awards.

We are thrilled to unveil the first part of the list of finalists. Part two will be revealed tomorrow.

After days of evaluating submissions and reviewing reports from AM Awards auditors Cooper Parry, a day of vigorous discussion and voting ensued, overseen by independent chairman Christopher Macgowan OBE.

AM editor Tim Rose said: “All the shortlisted entrants deserve recognition for their achievements. The judges were impressed by the numerous outstanding efforts, innovative initiatives, and strong performances displayed by the selected finalists.”

The judging panel includes Sally Fyffe, marketing director at Micheldever Group; Julia Muir, founder of the Automotive 30% Club and CEO of Gaia Innovation; Sue Robinson, chief executive of the National Franchised Dealers Association; Paul Bentley, consultant and former AM100 dealer group operations director; Tim Rose, editor of AM; Professor Jim Saker, emeritus professor of Loughborough University’s Business School and presdent of the IMI; Richard Siney, consultant and a former AM100 dealer group operations director; Aimee Turner, deputy editor of AM; and Steve Young, managing director of the International Car Distribution Programme.

Each category will soon announce a winner from among these finalists at the AM Awards gala dinner on May 1, 2025, at London’s Park Plaza Westminster Bridge Hotel. This event offers ample opportunity for networking with colleagues and peers from the motor retail industry.
